Vincent J. Deleo · Chartered Accountant

- CPA, CA Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario
- CFA CFA Institute, charterholder since 2007
- MBA Schulich School of Business, York University
- 15 years In accounting, lending and operations
Most CFOs have sat on one side of the table.
Vincent spent four years at RBC in commercial lending, where he learned how a bank actually reads a credit file. He then trained in public practice before founding his own firm in 2013.
Since 2018 he has been President of a food manufacturing business — which means he has not only prepared the statements, he has lived with them. Payroll on the 15th. A margin that moved the wrong way. A lender asking questions on a Friday afternoon.
That combination is the whole point. He can build the reporting, and he knows what it feels like to be the one reading it at midnight.
What that looks like in practice
Results from a business he has run himself, not a client case study.
